“We know the needs of our customers — and we know how to provide them with a personalized response,” says Liron Beckman, ERP project and implementation manager at Ko Systems. In his role, Beckman works closely with companies and organizations assisted by the services of Line Systems, a leading Israeli software house that develops advanced systems for small, medium and large businesses.

Line Systems' flagship product is an enterprise rule management system called CAV ERP. The system is designed to provide an advanced technological response to all management requirements of the organization. ERP — Enterprise Resource Planning System — is essentially a single address for all enterprise data — with the help of a suite of tools and top-notch technology systems.
“The CAV ERP system addresses all the organization's requirements end-to-end,” says Israel Shemesh, ERP Development Manager. “It starts with procurement requirements, goes through the procurement itself, the ordering process as well as the production processes. The system allows you to manage the distribution planning, order production and management planning of the warehouse. There are also tablet apps that accept orders from customers and accompany the process in all its different stages, until the product is received by the customer. Bottom line, we cater to the entire supply chain.” Beckman adds that the development of the system is based on the company's rich experience of working with customers from different and diverse fields.
“Our system was born out of a vast knowledge base that we have accumulated over the years. One of our significant advantages lies in the fact that for many years we have worked with a large number of different organizations and practices — and we have been exposed to many options and management practices that are practiced in different organizations,” explains Shemesh. “From all this knowledge, our system was created — from the ground below. That is, our practices are proven to be management practices in the various areas of industry and distribution.”

According to him, CAV ERP system enjoys a very high degree of flexibility — which makes it possible to adapt it to each business and every customer: “We are very flexible and know how to work with different working methods. Even under one company, different practices are sometimes conducted for each branch with its requirements and customs. As a company, we know how to adapt the system to any type of organization: from small organizations of eight to ten users — to large organizations of tens and hundreds of employees. In any situation, we provide a comprehensive response, from recording the order, through order management in the warehouse and distribution of goods to billing and collection of the customer”.
In addition, CAV ERP automatically interfaces with a system of warehouse management terminals developed by Line Systems Company: managing transfers between warehouses and locations, inventory counting, and locating items. The combination of all those smart tools makes it possible to easily control all aspects of inventory, procurement, catalog and sales. The CAV ERP system synchronizes all the same data — providing the organization's management with an immediate and accurate snapshot of the different tiers of the business.
Another advanced capability of CAV ERP is CAV Finance, a financial system for the comprehensive management of customer accounts based on their credit conditions. The system is able to automatically synchronize sales data and finance systems — thus streamlining work processes within the organization. The financial system also produces tax invoices, delivery certificates, customer portfolios, and refund certificates from customers. Another component of the CAV ERP system is a cash register solution for retail customers who are in direct contact with consumers: the smart tool is able to provide real-time inventory, sales and revenue picture.

The company's fourth product is Fintech packages designed for financial businesses. Beko Systems explains that the technology packages in the Fintech category help businesses offer advanced financial products to the customer audience -- while maintaining control in a simple and easy-to-operate interface. The same financial products include a complete solution for mortgage servicing, a reverse mortgage management solution, a product for managing loans and lines of credit — as well as a system for managing and accompanying real estate ventures.
