The e-Tops system is a sophisticated, professional software package. It is flexible, simple to understand and easy to operate. Most of the system's processes are carried out automatically or semi-automatically, with minimal user intervention required. The system supports all phases of activity, from receiving an agent's reservation to settling accounts, and is fully integrated with CAV Financial. Agents and vendors have online internet access to the system. Unlimited currencies are fully supported. With e-Tops information can be retrieved immediately and periodic reports can be produced through: queries, reports, forecasts, retroactive calculations and plans for follow-up.

1 - Outgoing Tourism
Supports the handling of F.I.T. (Foreign Individual Traveler) and organized group reservations.

- Handling hotel, cruise and flight price lists and allotments
- Issuing vouchers and invoices
- Checking and approving vendor invoices

The organized tour system includes:
- Docket management
- Managing inventory of flights and ground services
- Issuing forms such as Passenger/Rooming to vendors and travelers

- Calculating profit and loss at the tour level

2 - Incoming Tourism
Supports the handling of reservations for individuals and groups. The individual and group system includes:
- Reservation management
- Price quotations
- Handling hotel price lists and allotments

3 - Domestic Tourism
