The system handles all the administrative and transactional operations related to the providing of lending services in financial institutions. The solution is a professional, sophisticated and fully-featured system for managing loans, mortgages, vehicle leasing and other credit products. The system is flexible, simple to understand and easy to use. Its design emphasizes user-friendliness and automation, and includes many tools that enable system-wide updates with minimal user intervention.

Cav Credit supports the full loan lifecycle – from the information-gathering and pre-loan stage, through application, execution, payment management, arrears tracking, payment arrangement and early repayment. The e-Tops system is a sophisticated, professional software package. It is flexible, simple to understand and easy to operate. Most of the system's processes are carried out automatically or semi-automatically, with minimal user intervention required. The system supports all phases of activity, from receiving an agent's reservation to settling accounts, and is fully integrated with CAV Financial. Agents and vendors have online internet access to the system. Unlimited currencies are fully supported. With e-Tops information can be retrieved immediately and periodic reports can be produced through: queries, reports, forecasts, retroactive calculations and plans for follow-up.

A smartphone based mobile solution for salespeople. SmartSale supports iPhone and Android phones, as well as iPad tablets.

SmartSale displays to the field salesperson the daily route of visits to clients, and allows for creating a full order process while at the client's. In addition, SmartSale enables payment collection and merchandise returns.

During the order creation, the system displays the stock, prices, recent sales, promotions and more, enhancing the efficiency of the order process. The order is transferred online to the organization's central system.

The system allows for management of payment collection, by transferring via mail or fax of the client's open unpaid invoices. In addition, the system supports the process of merchandise returns by the client. In this process, the salesperson approves the items requested for return, and transfers to the central system an open return document.

SmartSale provides to the salespersons and their executives up-to-date information about the clients in the work-plan, and enables tracking performance including missing visits and missing orders. The SmartPhones features enable sending and receiving e-mail, sending copies by fax, creating visual accessories and using GPS to track the salesperson location and navigate to clients.

During a workday the system displays a real-time picture of performance to the salesperson, including orders, collection and returns.
